Privacy Policy
Scope
This policy explains how data collected on the InsightGuard website, operated by LastGuard Bilişim Teknoloji ve Danışmanlık Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, is used. Customer data processed inside the InsightGuard platform itself is governed by the customer's service agreement and data processing addendum, not by this policy.
Data we collect
We collect data only through forms you complete and technically necessary records (IP address, browser information, timestamp). The full list is in the KVKK privacy notice.
Analytics
Visit measurement runs only if you explicitly accept it in the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics script is loaded. We use no advertising or retargeting cookies.
Third parties
We use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection and an email delivery provider for notification emails. These services receive only the data their function requires and are subject to their own privacy policies.
Security
- All traffic is encrypted with TLS; the site is served over HTTPS only, with HSTS.
- Gated report files are not stored in the public media directory and are served only through signed, time-limited links.
- Form endpoints are protected by rate limiting, a honeypot field and bot verification.
- The admin panel runs at a non-default address and is open only to authorised staff.
Reporting a vulnerability
If you find a security issue on this site, report it to the address in our security.txt. We welcome good-faith reports.
