1. Parties and scope

These terms govern the use of the InsightGuard website operated by LastGuard Bilişim Teknoloji ve Danışmanlık Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (the "Company"). By using the site you accept them. Use of the InsightGuard platform is additionally governed by the signed service agreement, which prevails where the two conflict.

2. Use of content

Rights to the text, images, screenshots and reports on this site belong to the Company. Short quotations with attribution are permitted; reproducing, selling or republishing them in full requires written permission.

3. Screenshots and sample data

Product screenshots are taken from a fictional demo tenant. The organisation names, domains, people and records shown are not real. Use cases are narratives published with a "sample scenario" label and do not represent a real customer.

4. Limitation of liability

Threat intelligence published on this site is for general information; it is not security advice for any specific organisation and guarantees no particular outcome. The Company is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of this content.

5. Unacceptable use

Crawling the site in a way that overloads it, using the forms for spam, attempting to bypass security controls or submitting requests on someone else's behalf is prohibited. If you find a vulnerability, please report it through our security.txt.

The Company is not responsible for the content of third-party sites we link to.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Konya have jurisdiction.
