Privacy Notice (KVKK)
As LastGuard Bilişim Teknoloji ve Danışmanlık Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (the "Company"), we process the personal data of visitors to this website and of people who complete our forms in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and related legislation. This notice is provided under Article 10 of the KVKK.

2. What we process
- Identity and contact: name, surname, corporate email address, phone number, company name, job title.
- Request content: the message you write in demo, quote and contact forms; the domains you want monitored, company size, modules and package of interest.
- Transaction security: IP address, browser information (user agent), referring page, submission time.
- Marketing: newsletter subscription, time of consent and the version of the consent text, campaign source (UTM parameters).
- Consent records: which notice and consent text you accepted, and when.
We do not ask for special categories of personal data; please do not include any in the message field.
3. Why we process it
- To evaluate and respond to demo, quote, partnership and information requests,
- To deliver the threat reports you request,
- With your consent, to send newsletters, threat briefings and product announcements,
- To prevent abuse of our forms and automated attacks,
- To keep consent and request records as evidence and meet legal obligations.
4. Legal grounds and collection method
Data is collected electronically through the forms on this site and server logs. Processing relies on steps directly related to entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c), our legitimate interest in information security and record keeping (Art. 5/2-f), legal obligations (Art. 5/2-ç), and your explicit consent for newsletters and marketing communications (Art. 5/1).
5. Who we share it with
Your data is never sold or shared for advertising. It may be transferred only to the extent the service requires, to:
- Server and hosting providers,
- Our email delivery provider (for notification and report link emails),
- Cloudflare, Inc. for bot protection (Turnstile; the verification token and IP address only).
Transfers to providers located abroad are carried out in line with Article 9 of the KVKK. Data may be disclosed to authorised public bodies where the law requires.
6. How long we keep it
- Contact and demo requests: 2 years from the last correspondence,
- Report download records: 2 years,
- Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe; unsubscribe and consent records are kept a further 3 years as evidence,
- Unconfirmed newsletter sign-ups: 30 days.
Expired records are deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to in Türkiye or abroad, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction where the conditions are met, request that third parties be notified of these actions, object to an adverse outcome arising solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

8. Leaving the newsletter
Every newsletter email carries a one-click unsubscribe link. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.
